Delivery & Returns
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 4–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as:

USA : 4–5 business days

Europe : 6–8 business days

Australia : 10–14 business days

Japan : 4–8 business days

International : 10–20 business days
Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers, as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It's difficult to predict the shipping times.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@ajeshdesignstudios.com with your order number.
If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@ajeshdesignstudios.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What is your returns policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
If you haven't registered an account and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders because of the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
“Ajesh Design Studios” does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return because of health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer
Please email contact@ajeshdesignstudios.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered, but you will need to place a new order.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return because of health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore “Ajesh Design Studios” reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

How do I report a problem with my order?

What if an order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask you to confirm whether the shipping address was correct. It would also be good if you get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
Please keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won't reship that order.
My order shows it is being returned to the sender. What now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender but most often it is because of an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to us. Please let us know how you would like to proceed and contact us contact@ajeshdesignstudios.com with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to contact@ajeshdesignstudios.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If the customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, would be handled at the customers expense by placing a new order.
If the item is returned to us, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 3 weeks.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to the customer, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Ajesh Design Studios won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
If the customer is unable to locate the package, the customer has to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. Ajesh Design Studios are not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
